As a Front Desk Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing a warm and professional welcome. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, verifying dental benefits, managing incoming calls and correspondence, preparing and reviewing treatment plans, and performing various clerical tasks such as data entry and filing. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle patient interactions with confidentiality and care. Experience with Dentrix and a background in a dental office setting are preferred, though not required. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is committed to delivering excellent patient service.
