What I Did Today

Today was an introduction to Google Sheets, where we leared about formulas, functions, autofill, and shortcuts. We learned about sheetboss.com, a website for learning about spreadsheets. I find the drag and drop down feature is very useful for repeating data, or putting certain types of data in order automatically like days of the week, for example. I started attempting to use the filter tool for the guest list, but then got confused and ran out of time– I find this part challenging but will work on it. I would like to learn more about pivot tables.

What I did today

Today, after typing practice, we watched a presentation giving an overview of using Google Sheets

The second and third parts of class were spent working on the BerkMart Event Project. I learned again that I need to learn to understand instructions clearly and make no assumptions, skip no steps.

What I did Today

  • I spent some amount of time on typing on MonKey Type and took a screenshot and shared it on our ZOOM CHAT.
  • we were taught a new subject material , Google Sheets, and I worked on the assignment BerkMark Project in which I needed help.
  • Marc and Mike clarified many unclear thomgs and I am going to keep on working on this assignment after the class today.
