Didn’t really do much in class today and I’m a little disappointed. Much of this first class after the winter break was meant to be geared up around orientation for newer folks but in reality the majority of the class just spent a lot of time just looking at their cameras. I’m more than a little disappointed but hopeful there is more real work to be done tomorrow.

Today in class, we worked on our accountability assignments and on our Percipio courses. At the end of class, we worked on our “What I did today.”

Today in class, we did core celebrations. We also did our “what we did todays.”

Today we completed our final 15-minute typing practice. We also finished our End-of-Month Reflection using the Rose, Bud, Thorn exercise and emailed it to Pro. In addition, we participated in a customer service role-play activity. This is our last day in Pro, and we will be celebrating as a class while our Core Training portfolios are shared.

Today, I did tech articles, and I did my end-of-the-month reflection, which I decided I’m “the bud,” because the participants in the interviews helped me further my personal AI. Lastly, we did a Customer Service Role-play, and I feel I couldn’t take it seriously because I love to laugh. Overall, I had fun!

Today, I presented my tech article, and learned that I should make sure that I fully understand my article before picking/presenting it. After that, we went on to roleplay some upset customer scenarios, and it was very insightful to think about these scenarios from both perspectives, the upset customer And the employee who is helping the upset customer.

Today, I completed a typing test and I got 50 words per minute. I then wrote a monthly evaluation and did customer service roleplaying with my co-workers. Lastly, I will be joining everyone for our end of the month graduation.

I completed another module in Skillsoft outside of class time and shared my article in CTT group. Other than this we did scenarios wherein we roleplayed upset customer situations. Within 10 minutes we’ll be watching presentations of people moving on to SJS.

I did an End of Month Reflection email today. I also had a core celebration today.
