Today we started with are typing practice for 15 minutes. We listened to a slide presentation and a video presentation on note taking and then tested are note taking abilities. We also practiced hosting a zoom meeting. Everyone did great!

Today, I worked on learning how to do note taking during a slide and video presentation. I also practiced learning how to schedule a zoom meeting with everyone. I also completed the Accountability Assignment before class today and submit it when class started.

Today, we continued with Zoom invitation meetings. Everyone was successful. We watched a video of CTP Staff about job postings and the guidelines people should follow. We took notes and summarized them into a Word doc.

We started class with typing for 15 minutes. Marc and Mike showed us a presentation on note taking. We also took notes while watching a presentation on animal sanctuary, and also about how to help students with finding jobs, where to find them, how long the experience should be and with no college degree. We learned how to make zoom calls. Marc and Mike reviewed the accountability assignment.

I clocked in at Homebase. I performed 15 minutes of Monkeytype. I did 2 lessons of Note-Taking Practice. I did my Google Slides. I did 3 lessons of Zoom Meetings. I had a really fun day. A really fun day indeed.

Today we worked on note taking instead of working on the core training portfolio project slideshow and our electives, we reviewed the slideshow about different note taking styles and then practiced with an example slideshow and filled out a subsequent quiz on the material. The instructors also went over making zoom meetings, picking some participants who haven’t already made them before in class to make their own.
