After finishing and turning in my Percipio and typing practice, I chose the Google Sheets art elective to work on for this week. I managed to finish the entire assignment today, though, so I will choose another one to work on for tomorrow.

Today I sent my Percipio titled ” Getting started in Excel 365 then, I did my 15 minutes of typing. Mike introduce me to the Portfolio and what needs to be done. Mike wanted someone to show Chris how to take a proper screenshot and Nicole volunteered as tribute and she did an exceptional job.

Today we got to work with Carrie. She was great. We went over the employment services presentation. We learned about the star method. Carrie had us work on employment Interview questions and answers. We answered some of the interview questions in class and took the weekly self assessment pro.

Today started off with going over some employment services documents, specifically writing a resume. I then worked on my own documents. To wrap the day up we went through some interview questions.

This was my first day, or Friday rather, that I attended the employment services class. What I focused on was working on the interview question document and setting up my CTP Job Log. At the last hour of class, I spoke during a discussion about who I was as an employee and what I am passionate (or what makes me unique) about in my life and listened to other classmates talk about themselves and what makes them unique.

What I did today was listened to the instructor as she went over the s.t.a.r. method. Then I worked on my resume a little bit. Then I answered questions about jobs. I didn’t do much today. It was an easy day.

looked at a presentation on the STAR method, worked on professional documents ei Resume, Cover letter, Accommodation letter ect, and filled out self assessment.

This week, besides typing practice and Percipio, I completed and presented a slide deck for the POW section of class. I also started and mostly completed a POW sheets/docs/mail merge assignment. During employment services this week, I worked on my interview questions and my resume.

Today we continued with employment services, going over the class schedule and briefly set-up materials for the new participants in the program. We worked on our professional documents throughout class, as I focused my attention on filling out more of the interview questions, the cover letter and building up my LinkedIn profile. Near the end of the session, we did some interview practice and wrapped up for the day with a self-assessment.
