I clocked-in to Homebase. We reviewed BIOS Exploration presentations and the lab instructions. I worked with Carrie for our check-in.
What I Did This Week
This was electives week and it’s my third month, so my elective was my portfolio. I created my portfolio, got some help from Mike, then we voice-recorded the slideshow today. Yesterday I did my check-in with Carrie and it went well. I spent most of the week on the portfolio, then barely started a 2nd elective today. At the end of today, we played Google Suite Jeopardy, it was very fun and educational!
What I Did Today
Typing practice. I finished my elective on Art Google Sheets. It turned out to be fun once I learned how to edit web addresses. Putting the finishing touches on it was a fun process as well. Also sent an email describing how I felt about the assignment. At the end of the day, we played a fun game on the various apps and definitions of Google.
What I did Today
My check-in with Carrie went really good and told me to keep working on the email project. I was able some administrative job listing for any participants that are looking for a job in that field. I got a few emails sent out while I was at Kaiser with my mom for her doctor’s appointment. During our meeting this morning, Carrie gave good advice and I will try not to get stressed out by the email project. I realize there is no time limit or certain day I have to finish it by so I should not worry. I also found out that we can call out if we need for personal reasons or family needs. I truly appreciate the CTP Staff being patient while I am still taking my time and learning as I go along. Cannot believe tomorrow is already Friday this week seems like it went by fast.
