On Wednesday, the class practiced typing, and then we worked on an assignment, fixing the errors in our business letters. I felt that this was a challenging assignment because I had to click on the highlighted words that were not easily seen. I figured out that I had to get rid of the highlighting, color the words, and change the font to make the words easily seen. I also learned about getting rid of the spaces in between the contact information, date, and the recipient’s contact information to make sure they were together. I even learned in putting the bullet points for separating. I feel that I’ve learned a lot with this assignment and want to put it to good use.
6/4/25
I did terrible on a typing test, I hope to improve over time.
I revised 5 letters changing format, line spacing, proof reading.

There’s what I did

Today was a productive day filled with a variety of administrative tasks. I spent the morning answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate staff, helping to keep communication flowing smoothly. I organized and scheduled appointments using our admin software and ensured meeting rooms and conference spaces were booked as needed. Throughout the day, I worked on data entry and kept records and files up to date. I also coordinated with staff, suppliers, and clients to support ongoing needs. In the afternoon, I prepared several documents and reports and assisted with a few special projects that came up. It was a busy but satisfying day!
