What I Did Today

Today I searched and posted jobs to the CTP website. I researched emergency shelters for the EH list, many links I found were out of date or deleted. Funding plays a big role with these non profits and organizations, and I see some of them having hardship. However, many had click to donate links, so hopefully people keep them going.

What I did today

What I did today

Got my highest typing score. 49 WPM. Had my check-in with Devin and Carrie. Looked over the mock interview feedback that Carrie emailed me. Devin let me know that I am doing a good job in the program. Worked on the BerkMart flyer project. I learned how to put a picture as the background. Behind text or in front of text as well as fix position. Mike and Marc liked my flyer. Happy about not having mock interviews tomorrow was kind of nervous and now I can relax.

What I Did Today

I began my day on searching job listings and today I focused on Administrative Assistant roles in the Redding area.

Then I moved on to the Emergency Housing project where my focus was on the Sacramento, Redding area. Also, I researched Housing Authority websites for different counties in Northern California. The Housing Authority is a portal that provides links to all the services for people in need all in one website.
