Here is a remote Desktop Technician on Dice. Provide responsive, effective technical support to end users, resolving issues related to devices, software, printers, phones, and mobile devices. Manage and resolve support tickets for both on-campus and remote users, ensuring timely and professional assistance. Deliver on-site IT support for meetings and events, ensuring smooth technical operations
Image, deploy, and manage laptops for new hires, repairs, and equipment returns, maintaining hardware readiness and reliability.

The pay is anywhere between $20-$24 an hour (40 hour work week)

In Person, Full Time: PRODUCT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN In Livermore

Packaging and dismantling of large systems. Preventive and corrective maintenance to include inspections, lubrication, cleaning and detailing of systems. Perform precision work with efficiency, maintain consistent quality and complete tasks on time. Basic computer skills to include familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel skills. Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour

What I Did Today

Today, our lab was on HTML on a VM web server. This involves creating a new VM PC. once I created this new VM . I started the steps to create a web page. I had t use C: which I have not done in a few years. I was successful in starting this new page.

Tomorrow I will continue to complete this lab.

What I did Today?

I practiced typing, played the cash-out game, did a practice of pretending to be the customer or employee with the POS training or online store script, and went through the slides of a search modifier, and we all practiced it on the Chrome search bar.

Played the Cash-Out Game and made 40 sales. We did the Point of Sales Training/ Square Online store practice. I played the role of the employee and the customer. Mike taught us about search engine modifiers and how to use them. Had a really fun class today

What I Did Today

Today I tried making my own customized site with HTML. It was fun learning HTML, and while it is tedious having to type out every little thing as the command prompt doesn’t allow for copy and paste, I still had fun regardless. Next time I should hopefully be wrapping up the lab and moving onto the next thing.

Today I researched and posted some customer service roles to post on the CTP website. I continued working on the Emergency Housing spreadsheet, looking in various counties and posted my findings.
