What I Did Today

Today, we did our monthly 3-minute typing test. We sent our rose, bud, and thorn emails. We reviewed phone transfers, but then the phone system wasn’t working. Instead of doing phone scenarios, we started working on written responses to customer emails. The end-of-month celebration is today, and I am excited to share my portfolio with the group.
