Two of the events I worked on today were typing and Salesforce CRM training.
SFO Resource Fair
The San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is hosting its third Resource Fair in partnership with the City of Oakland and the Business Outreach Committee, a coalition representing Bay Area transit and transportation agencies. I worked on my resume and participated in group networking with my peers and also practiced answering employment related questions that were asked by Carrie.
What I Did Today
Today we worked on professional networking, in two different breakout rooms. We learned lots of networking skills such as always staying away from controversial topics. We practiced answering interview questions in the class. We were informed about the upcoming Mechanics Bank mock interviews. Overall, we did a lot of practice with public speaking.
What I did today
Today I got to meet two new students and practice professional networking by discussing career goals and professional backgrounds. I polished my Linked In profile and we finished the day by practicing interview questions, which feel more comfortable every single week.

Today was really fun, we did resume stuff and interviewed each other. It was fun learning more about my co hort. I also worked on my resume some more.
What I did today
To begin class, I shared my tech article with the other CTT students, and learned about bubble robots, which left me questioning how to even define a “Robot”
The second and third portions of class were spent working on BerkMart Conference slides, which I did enjoy because it was a project that allowed me to use my creative side.
