This role provides hands-on IT support for Pebl’s Palo Alto office, including end-user support, A/V systems, onboarding, asset management, and infrastructure troubleshooting. Ideal candidates have 1 year of IT support experience, familiarity with Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365, strong communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role provides onsite IT support for a federal customer, handling hardware/software troubleshooting, network and system maintenance, and Tier 2 support through ServiceNow. Candidates should have strong technical proficiency, customer service skills, be a U.S. citizen, and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance; certifications like CompTIA and experience with SCCM are a plus.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable explaining insurance coverage, and thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment that blends underwriting, technology, and service.
This role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computers and other consumer devices while delivering excellent customer service in-store and over the phone. Candidates should have at least 6 months of experience with tech repair or troubleshooting, be comfortable with consumer electronics, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
