The CSR Inside Sales role supports division sales goals by maintaining and growing customer accounts through proactive outbound communication about new products, services, promotions, and discounts. This position delivers high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in person while managing the full sales cycle, including order processing, quotes, payments, purchase orders, and delivery coordination with manufacturing, distribution, and vendors. The representative drives new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information, recommending alternative solutions based on cost or availability, and educating customers on features, benefits, warranties, and returns. Additional responsibilities include monitoring shipments, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, collaborating with management and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, staying current on HVAC industry trends, and supporting ongoing projects while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Listed pay is $18.64 to $23.31 an hour.
