The Hotel Front Desk Agent at Indian Springs Resort and Spa is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and exercise good judgment when resolving guest concerns. Agents must work collaboratively with the team while also being capable of working independently, maintaining confidentiality of guest information, and accurately handling data in property management systems, with Opera experience preferred. Availability for weekends, evenings, and some holidays is essential.
Weekends and holidays as needed.
Listed pay is $23 an hour.
