Exchange Bank is hiring a full-time Relationship Banker for its Reinking Branch in Montgomery Village, Santa Rosa.
This front-line branch role combines teller work — processing deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments and cashing checks — with relationship banking: opening new accounts, resolving customer issues, and advising customers on bank products and services while working toward individual sales goals.
Pay ranges from $20.40 to $26.20 per hour depending on experience, plus health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan options, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. The schedule is about 37 hours a week, typically Monday through Friday 8:30 to 5:30 with one weekday off, plus Saturdays.
Requirements include a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least one year in banking, retail, or customer service, cash-handling knowledge, and basic business math; individual sales goals are part of the role.
