I had a wonderful time at work today… Do I say that too often? Oh well, I enjoy this work environment!
Today I began with typing, which improved slightly. I need more time to improve my muscle memory and increase my speed/ accuracy to 100%. I also worked on job postings and found a few awesome posts. I am also trying to research more jobs coming out of Emeryville because I remember the Predictability Pay standing. I’ll describe it tomorrow, but it made me feel like my time was also respected by the business. I believe this applies mostly to retail and fast-food jobs but is still helpful in ensuring employee time is respected and valued.
I was also able to participate in the video we are making for Karma Cinema from the New Parkway Theater (another past position), and I am very excited for our participation.
I finished my day off by sending the last few available outreach emails.
