Today I installed mricoSIP to set up the phone. We then practiced responding to calls from customers and transferring them to another employee.

What I Did Today
I forgot to clock-in homebase 🙁 and I wasn’t feeling 100% well. Today we installed MicroSip phones. We were assigned groups and practiced roles. Then we did 5 different scenarios with different rotating roles. The instructions were a bit confusing because the options weren’t clear. Jose did another demo to help us with transfers.

Today, I researched and posted job listings for CTP participants, making sure they match the types of jobs our participants are seeking. I also worked on my email outreach project.
