After typing practice, we finished up acting out good/bad employee scenarios for POW, watched a video on phone support etiquette, and I did my monthly check-in/highlights email. We also reviewed the personal challenges we worked on yesterday.

Today we started with are 15 minute typing practice.We worked on pow customer service role plays. Also did the challenge assignment and turned in percipio assignment.

I chose to do everything right. I clocked in with Homebase. I chose to type with a number of typing test. We listened to Mike when he was giving everybody Good/Bad employees. Then we just did the Independent Challenge V1. I listened and did what I could.

Today, we started with typing practice before filling out the rest of the time before break with a scenario exercise on customer service with examples of bad and good employee customer service. I did an independent challenge today. I also did customer service role playing.

fifteen minutes of typing practice, finished all three parts of the Independent Challenges, and did the Accountability Assignment.

Today, I worked on my typing, which I am improving on. I worked on a project in which I had to portray myself as a good/bad employee. I also completed an assessment for Google Docs and Google Sheets.
