I typed for 15 minutes at the beginning of the classroom. I had the opportunity to review the signature making. We all participated in a mock phone conversation and became familiar with transferring.

Today I installed mricoSIP to set up the phone. We then practiced responding to calls from customers and transferring them to another employee.

I forgot to clock-in homebase 🙁 and I wasn’t feeling 100% well. Today we installed MicroSip phones. We were assigned groups and practiced roles.
