This was a great week. Focused on customer service scenarios via role play, videos, and accountability assignment. There was a Google Docs Jeopardy Challenge. Also Mock Interviews went great. After I got over my nervousness, all went well. My typing still needs improvement, but this week has been a great learning experience.

Today I logged into the training platform and clocked in at Homebase. I completed touch typing tutorials to continue improving my typing accuracy and speed. I focused on consistency and maintaining proper technique throughout the exercises. Some of the things I did today include writing my Rose, Bud, & Thorn email, and participating in the Sunshine Express customer service role-playing.

Today I wrote an email reflecting on this month. Then we role-played some customer service scenarios.

This week, we learned about good customer service and also did the independent challenge. I looked up the COUNTIF function online, and it worked for my independent challenge, which I was pleased with. Today was mock interview day, where I successfully completed two rounds. These interviewers were highly skilled and provided me with an excellent learning experience.

Today I overcame my fear of interviewing. I had positive feedback from both my interviewers. It was a good experience to get over my nervousness and talk about myself, my achievements, and my goals.

Today we had mock interviews with AAA. Both interviewers gave me positive feedback only, but it was very specific and very helpful to keep in mind. I feel that I keep benefiting from all this wonderful practice– it just keeps getting easier each time. I did a good job of going completely off-script and making …
