Today in class, we reviewed the test from yesterday and worked a little more on the phones, focusing on leaving messages and setting up a greeting. After that, I worked on my “What I did today”.

After typing practice, I finished making up my independent challenge from yesterday, and we reviewed them in class. We also did an exercise on taking voicemail messages, leaving messages, and recording a professional voicemail inbox message.

Today we started with are 15 minute typing practice. We worked on are Berkmart Phone Scripts and then worked on a a Independent Challenge.

Today, we started the day off with some typing practice. My typing has gotten a bit faster so I decided to challenge myself a bit with using some punctuation. It seems to be a bit more challenging when typing off of a script as opposed to writing something out from my head. After typing, we …

We did our our 15 min typing, we also did phone script today, and we did the Independent Challenge for the last 90 mins.

I did a phone call customer service assignment today. I did an Independent challenge version 2 today.

Today started with typing for 15 minutes. Then I worked on practicing customer service calls with another co-worker. Then I completed and submitted an assessment for Google Docs and Google Sheets.

Today in class, we set up my phone on the Windows laptop, after that we used the phone to call, and we used made-up scenarios as a customer or a worker. We had independent work time to work on the Pro remote customer service assignment, which was a bunch of different Google items we had …

Today started with 15 minutes of typing and a brief orientation on SIP calls using the BerkMart for a store. Employee/Caller switching with partner after scripts were completed individually. We then did the independent challenge. I did fine with the first two, and with the Google Sheets, I still need more training.

Today’s class was Employment Services with Carrie. We did a video recorded interview with Carrie. I worked on my resume, cover letter and interview questions.
