After typing practice, we went over two three-person customer service call scenes using warm transfers, hold, leaving a voicemail, and checking our voicemail inboxes.

I did customer service feedback responses today. I continued phone scripts today.

Today we practiced 15-minute typing, and I got my best score yet. We worked on Customer satisfaction emails as BerkMark employees attending to unsatisfied customers’ concerns. We ended the day with SIP phone calls, practicing with transfers to managers and dealing with customer concerns

Today in class, we filled out some questions regarding customer service and how we would handle it if we were in contact with a customer. We worked a little bit more on phones, and we called each other and did some scenarios of how the interaction goes between a manager, a customer, and a worker. …

Today we did are 15 minute typing practice. We went over a message taking exercise. We practiced writing out messages from callers and also practiced leaving messages. It is definitely something I will need to practice more. We also went over are Independent Challenge V2.

Today, I started off with some typing practice. After warming up, we went over our independent challenge. I noticed a mistake I had made when it came to bolding the colors in a particular paragraph. Instead of bolding the color names, I had changed the color of the words to match the colors they described. …

Today, I started the class with typing. I then worked on review with my co-workers on the Individual Challenge that we submitted yesterday. We spent the last part of class working on creating a unavailable voice message and leaving a message with one of my co-workers.

Today we started with are 15-minute typing practice. We went over our individual Independent Challenge testing with Jose. I learned some new helpful tips in all areas, but I am still working on Google Sheets and memorizing formulas.
