I did a point of sales training with Sunshine Express, and I did well on my customer service skills today.

Today in class, we did mock situations where one person was a customer, and the other person was the cashier. We switched off after. After that, we did cash out. To end class, we did our “what we did today’s”

Today, I started off learning the STAR method and I worked on some of interview questions. I then worked on my LinkedIn profile. I then worked on discussion with my co-workers on interview questions.

We worked on our resume, cover page and interview questions.

I learned to explain my stories in interviews better, and I learned how to let conversations flow better in conversations. I learned how to better my resume with impact statements and use STAR statements when answering questions. Lastly, I worked on my EMP Interview Questions and Answers.

Today, I continued to hone my skills as an active job seeker, learning the importance of practice to refine my skills. I learned about the STAR method when answering interview questions that ask for a story.

Today in class, we worked on our job logs. Once we were done with our job logs, we reviewed the interview questions as a group. Once we were done with that, we had time to do our self-assessment, and we had time to work on our what we did todays.
