Today I learned about my computer phone system and got a chance to use it with some scripted phone calls, and to wrap things up, I learned how to add a signature to my email, and an exercise on what a professional email is supposed to look like
What I did today
I did phone scripts today. I also did a professional and informal email today.
What I did today
Today in class, we had time to work on our phones, and after that, we worked on an email assignment.
What I Did Today.
Class today was okay. We practiced phone systems and scripts. It all reminded me of when I worked at Yelp and that was kinda fun. Otherwise we did some development of email signatures and worked on how to craft informal vs. formal emails.
What I Did Today
Today we started like always with the typing practice. Marc went over are accountability assignment that will be due on Weds. Marc aske if anyone wanted to show the flyers they picked out for the flyer research assignment that we turned in on Thursday. Amador and I were the only ones who shared are flyer pics in class today. We both shared some awesome flyers Great job Amador! We also did are last Independent challenge V3 today. It went well.
What I Did Today
We typed for 15 minutes of class, we looked at a customer service video, and did our Independent Challenge.
What I did today
Today I set up my MicroSIP to make phone calls on my computer, and after I took the Independent Challenge test. My inner perfectionist was very upset to find I had missed a few details on the third portion of the test, but that is okay; we make mistakes, and we learn from them.
What I Did Today
Today, I worked on typing for the first 15 minutes of class. Then during the first half, I presented my flyers that I gathered for the previous accountability assignment from last week, showing flyers from important places and events where I live by. For the second part of the class, I worked on the individual challenge that everyone does at the end of the month; I have done it two times before, so it was easier than before. Then when I completed the challenge, I worked on Percipio and learn some things about how to present yourself at work and show professional credibility.
What I did today
I did the independent challenge today. It was a lot of effort, but I had some help.
What I Did Today
Today, I took a 15-minute typing test, set up our virtual phones, and conducted a test of Zoom, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. At first, I had a hard time with the Google Sheets test part, but thanks to Marc’s guidance, I was able to finish it. I’m having an amazing day!
