Typing practice. End-of-month reflection on my Rose, Bud, and Thorn. Jose went over Sheets: Independent Challenge V2 for students. It was a good demonstration, especially the formatting and formulas part. I recorded my portfolio with Mike’s assistance. I listened to the phone message practice for the day’s end.

Started the day by clocking into HomeBase. Then did some typing. Then we went over Google Sheets. Did a Rose, Buds and Thorn email. Then did taking messages, notes, work sheet. Then we did our What we did today post and clocked out of HomeBase for the day.

Today I worked on my monthly reflection email and practiced message taking. I also recorded a video of my portfolio.

I learned that my Google Docs knowledge is good. I still need help with Google Sheets.

I had typing practice. Also, I worked on a Customer Service Exercise. I finished the day with a Google Independent Challenge V2. I got further along than before. Google Sheets is still the hardest challenge for me.

Today was a skills test on what you have learned in class with Google Workspace. The first two parts of the test were pretty easy to do. Part three was very detailed and tedious. I noticed I was everywhere. I kept missing detailed parts of the setup. It was fun even though I didn’t finish. I love a challenge!

Started the day by clocking into HomeBase. then did some typing for 3 minutes. then did a worksheet about Customer Service Responses. After that, we did an Independent Challenge. I got most of it done, but not all. Then I clocked out of HomeBase for the day.

Practiced typing. I wrote some professional responses as a Customer Service Representative for BerkMart. Did an Independent Challenge V2. I need more training and practice on Google Sheets.

Today I worked on the Customer Service Responses worksheet. Then, I worked on the Independent Challenge.

Today, I started by practicing touch typing to improve my speed and accuracy. After completing the practice, I recorded my score in the Zoom chat as instructed. Next, I worked on the written customer service response assignment. I focused on using a professional greeting, showing empathy, and following company policies in my responsesAfter that, I completed the Monthly Independent Challenge, which usually includes three parts. This helped me practice working independently and staying organized with my tasks.
