I posted my job listings then I looked for job fairs or career fairs and found some events in the Bay Area. I found a networking event as well as volunteer listing for any CTP grads or students who want to volunteer while they look for a job. I worked a little bit on the social media project before my check-in. My check-in with Carrie went really good and she told me I was doing a good job with the social media links. I am glad to hear that because I was not sure if I was finding the right kind of links or not but now I know. She gave me a new assignment. Sending outreach emails to different rehab centers to see if they would be interested in our program. It is almost like the other email project but I have to attach a flyer to the email. Carrie helped me saved the flyer on my computer so I can find better. I filled out a contact form and sent out a email. Takes a little bit more time being I need to attach the flyer to the email. I am learning and getting used to this new project so it is a slow process. Tomorrow, I will send out emails after job listings and I will give me more time to hopefully get farther on the list. Looking forward to tomorrow being Friday and one more day until the weekend.
