What I Did Today

Today we worked on email signatures. I improved upon mine by changing the font and getting the left edge to line up perfectly with the text. Then we did the various phone call scenarios. 4 and 5 were a bit challenging, but now I think I understand the difference between the types of transfers, particularly the attended transfer and how that works.

What I Did Today

I forgot to clock-in homebase 🙁 and I wasn’t feeling 100% well. Today we installed MicroSip phones. We were assigned groups and practiced roles. Then we did 5 different scenarios with different rotating roles. The instructions were a bit confusing because the options weren’t clear. Jose did another demo to help us with transfers.

What I Did Today

Today, I researched and posted job listings for CTP participants, making sure they match the types of jobs our participants are seeking. I also worked on my email outreach project. While it can be tricky when emails bounce or are hard to find, I’m learning how to research effectively to reach the right contacts. It was a productive day, and I’m happy to be contributing to CTP’s mission.
