What I did today

In the first hour, I spent 15 minutes on typing practice, and then added job listings to the CTP WordPress site. In the second and third hours I worked on the emergency funds list for Sonoma County.

What I Did Today

We first started off the class learning about a social media website called LinkedIn. Which is a site where people can network with a whole bunch of different people over the internets. We watched a video detailing how to make a successful page on the site. Second hour was dedicated to creating/revising the page. I created one from scratch as i never had one of the pages before so i got way doing that. third hour we did our interview prep with the questions and answers portion, which i felt a little more comfortable with that whole process.

What I did today

I finally changed my profile picture on Linked In and I also changed the headline to something more professional. I found one of my interviewers on there and requested her as a connection. We watched a video about Linked In and how to make your profile page. I learned some new things even though I watched a few months ago. I was happy that I got a really good evalution or feed back from my mock interview yesterday. One more week of training left so I just had to push through but I got this.

What I Did Today

Today I watched a video with the class on what we should have on our LinkedIn accounts. Then I proceeded to add more connections on the account, and finally we ended off doing interview question practices. The week has been pretty good, and I was able to make lots of good connections from yesterday’s mock interviews, so I am glad I was able to fill out more of LinkedIn than I previously had.
