What I Did Today

I continued working on remote connectivity from where I stopped today. After troubleshooting and researching, I figured Windows 10 Home doesn’t allow RDP connection, so I had to spin up a new Windows 10 PRO, which is working fine except I can’t ping from my home PC. Another issue to troubleshoot tomorrow.

What I did today?

Today was a little less intense. This week is electives week. It’s where we work on anything listed that we want. On Thursday, we have MOCK interviews. I’m a little nervous because I haven’t interviewed very much since I was in CTP in 2023. This part of the class is not my most experienced. Although last year, I was pretty good at it. With that being said, I worked on the Job/Research on Mechanics Bank. That project made me feel a little at ease.

What I learned today

Salesforce CRM Intro – tested step-by-step input of data in the Trailhead navigation exercise. Excellent test of perseverance, willingness to ask questions, and dedication to completing the assignment. Reviewed next assignment: created an account (company, industry, # employees), contact (customer name & email), and opportunity (target product to be sold, new customer, best pitch – value proposition), completed assignment saved badge. For Thursday’s assignment: create a task & reminder in Google, take a screenshot. Read the Distraction and Negative Thinking – Accountability assignment, answer questions 9, 11, 13, then add answers to a blank Google document, and share the document with the instructors at [email protected]

What I did today 5/11/26

Started with logging into Zoom a little before 2 pm. Then I clocked in on Homebase. Then we looked over the plan for the week. Then we started on our pre-lab worksheet. Then, after checking in, I started on the main lab for the week. then made our “What I did Post” for the day and then clocked out for the day.

What I Did Today

Today I typed. I was allowed to work on my Skillsoft Assignment because I incorrectly completed a benchmark instead of a course. I worked on my Portfolio and thought about how far I’ve actually come and where I want to go. It has been a day of reflection for me.
