In the first hour of AWEX, I practiced typing and then added some job listings to the CTP website. In hours two and three I worked on updating one of the CTT workstations to the new version of Debian (Trixie/13), and removed the old users. Met with Jose to discuss continuing the project.

What I did Today

Today, I started by working on touch typing and completed an exercise in MonkeyType for 5 minutes. Then I worked on my POW Google Slides Project. I planned my slides, added key information like the mission statement, benefits, and services, and chose layouts to keep the presentation organized. I also added images and included the required testimonial.

What I did Today,

I typed for 15 minutes.

We were assigned to make slides for “POW Fitness Center,” and the assignment has not been completed yet. Some alteration is required.

After my last break, I started working on my delayed “Accountability Assignment.”

It has not been completed yet. More phone calls are required to finish this task.

What I Did Today

Today, we skipped the new month orientation because we have no new students. We did typing practice and reviewed Tuesday’s lesson plan, where I learned some good keyboard shortcuts. We spent most of the time working on our POW Google Slides projects. I am getting faster and more familiar with Google Slides, and this time I used a template.
