Today we learned about some great features Microsoft Edge has that Chrome doesn’t. We practiced being customer service representatives for eachother for BerkMart sales. We worked on our flyers, and can finish them tomorrow in class.

Today I learned a little bit of coding. I booted up the Debian linux virtual machine. Unforutuanlty I didn’t get past the installation but I did see Devontes which was cool.
What I Did Today.
Worked on establishing a web server after creating a basic Apache server on my CTP VM. Received some help from Jose and finished the day strong.
What I Did Today
Today was the first day of my internship, and it went really well. I did my onboarding with Carrie, and she helped me get all set up on Telegraph. Everything went smoothly, and I felt good getting started.
We went over the CTP Associate Daily Tasks and the Job Listings Summary so I could learn how to find job postings that would be a good fit for participants and post them on the CTP Skill Center website.
I was able to find and post three jobs today. I know the more I practice searching and posting, the easier and faster it will get.
I’m excited to continue working with the CTP and looking forward to learning more throughout my internship.

Today I learned Scratch
Today I worked on scratch. It was really fun and I love animation so that was also really fun to do. I made a bat and a cat collide and ask questions. I’m excited to work on the website stuff next.
What I did today
Today we worked with Scratch, a simple tool to practice animation and game design, very intuitive; it’s where coding meets legos. We spent the entirty of the day working on this, and the pre-lab. It is definitely worth mentioning that the substitute instructor was very helpful.

Today was a great day! We worked on our pre-lab for Coding and Web Servers and tried out Scratch. I also found some old games I created in high school that were similar to Scratch.
