Join our arts-focused and guest-centered team as a Guest Service Agent, where you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable and welcoming experience for every visitor. This position supports various aspects of our immersive venue, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, assisting with retail merchandise, VR setup, and box office operations. Flexibility is key, as shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll also support inventory audits, parking coordination, and event load-in/load-out tasks. Ideal candidates are friendly, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Morning, day and night shifts, weekdays and weekends as needed.
Listed pay is: $16.50 an hour.
