Sexual Harassment Prevention Training CTT -Self assessment

We worked on sexual harassment training for 1st half of class, then finished off with interview practice. Have a great weekend everyone!

Today I took the 1 hour sexual harassment class and received my certification. I then spent some time working on my professional documents. To wrap the day up I went over some review questions and answers with the class, as well as a one on one session with Jaden.

In the first hour I started with 15 minutes of typing practice, and then moved on to adding job listings to the CTP website. In hours two and three I worked on the emergency funds list for Madera and Glenn Counties.

Today was Friday so we practiced our interview answers. I cannot believe how much better I feel about answering them than the first month. I feel good and confident when I proctice them…..knck on wood. They may not be the best answers but they are good and real and committed to memory.
