What I Did Today

I worked on typing for the first 15 minutes of class. Then I worked on the customer service statements and received feedback on my answers. At the last part of class, I worked with my co-workers on transferring calls to one of them and a manager.

What I Did Today

Today, I warmed up with some typing practice. Since I had already completed the day’s assignment, I joined Jose in a breakout room to record my portfolio presentation. While we touched up a few slides and completed the recording, I picked up some new techniques for editing slides more efficiently. To wrap up the day, we worked on group calling scripts involving transfers. Once our group understood our roles, everything ran smoothly and professionally. I’m looking forward to seeing everyone’s presentations!

What Did I do Today

Today we practiced 15-minute typing, and I got my best score yet. We worked on Customer satisfaction emails as BerkMark employees attending to unsatisfied customers’ concerns. We ended the day with SIP phone calls, practicing with transfers to managers and dealing with customer concerns

What I did today.

Today in class, we filled out some questions regarding customer service and how we would handle it if we were in contact with a customer. We worked a little bit more on phones, and we called each other and did some scenarios of how the interaction goes between a manager, a customer, and a worker. After that, I worked on my “What I did today”.

What Did I do Today

Today we did are 15 minute typing practice. We went over a message taking exercise. We practiced writing out messages from callers and also practiced leaving messages. It is definitely something I will need to practice more. We also went over are Independent Challenge V2.
