What I Did Today

Today was my second day in the Customer Service Pro class. We started class with a 15 minute typing practice. I like that we get an opportunity to practice that everyday. We also went over the keyboard shortcuts. There are so many keyboard shortcuts that can save you time on the computer. I am glad we got to review them again with Mike. He also reviewed how to make a slides presentation. I was happy to go through it again for things I may have forgot the last time we reviewed it in bootcamp. We started working on a new Googles slide presentation. Mark helped us with that. It was a good class today.

What I Did Today

Today I began with some typing practice. After that I began finishing my work on the Google Slides project for Power of Wellness. This project kept me busy for the rest of the day. While creating my layouts and transitions, as well as including pictures, I developed a good representation of the company. Looking forward to sharing it with the rest of the class.

What I Did Today

Today we started a new module for the month, the Power of Wellness Module in preparation for October in a few days. We started the POW google slides project which requires us to create a google slideshow for the company. I caught up on the time I missed from my absence yesterday on what is due and what I needed to work on, and diligently worked on the slideshow until the end of class time.

What I Did Today

Today, we started off with touch-typing practice. I scored within the 80+ wpm range as has been normal for me. For the remainder of the hour, we went over some basics, including keyboard shortcuts, and began work on our POW Google Slides Project.

For the second and third hours, we worked on our POW Google Slides Project. I had the main infrastructure for my Slides presentation down fairly quickly, so most of my day was spent on formatting to make it look nice and presentable. I got my final touch on just before the day ended.
