We did a POW Google Slides Project. We also did typing practice, and updating my accountability responses.

After typing and reviewing some keyboard shortcuts, I spent the rest of class working on my accountability assignment for this week. I also finished my POW slides and turned those in.

Fist day with Pro class we started off with orientation with Jose. We also talked about attendance and showing up to work on time also sure to call in as soon as you know, you may be able make it work. We also log in to Home Base, we also log into word press along with a reminder to create on our calender.

Today, my Precipio assignment was due. I asked for an extension until tomorrow. We have finished our first month of class, so we wrote a monthly email answering how we feel we’re doing in the class, what we can improve, and what our goals of achievement are. We created in Google Calendar a task for our Accountability Assignment a snapshot, and emailed our task.

Today I did alot of stuff. I worked on Google Slides to present a post about the Power of Wellness. It was a very difficult post but I’ll be done with it by the end of the week. I worked on the Accountability Assignment and it’s Scheduled to Send by Thursday. Oh and I learned about the other Assignment that is going to be for the Accountability Assignment.

Today we viewed our Core month Orientation with new students. Jose showed the Pro students on how to send assignments on Thursday when you finish a day or two early. In class we were shown about introductions on google slides and that there is a project. Worked on google slides project, and Mike showed everyone how to complete the Accountability Assignment and also how to send a reminder email.

Today was my first day of training in becoming an administrative assistant. The first half of the class, I listened to orientation, which emphasized the purpose and expectations of the CTP program. On the second half of the class, I created an account with the Homebase App and WordPress, which this is my first time doing both in an work environment. During the last hour of class, I started an assignment which is based on the topic of managing rigidity in the workplace.

We started out with the class orientation with Jose, We went over why it’s important to show up to work on time. I saw some familiar faces during orientation. Talked about what we will be doing in are customer service pro class. We did an Accountability Assignment on Managing Rigidity today.
