What I Did Today

Today, my main responsibilities as an administrative associate are my daily task for the day to research and post job listings onto the CTP skill center website, and my main task for the day is to research general emails and contact information for foundations from a provided list and then send email messages to the applicable foundations. I logged more general emails and/or site links for provided foundations to be contacted and messaged around 6 foundations using the provided email template.

What I did today, 6/25

Started the day by talking about our tech articles. Then we started to do customer service role-plays, and that was a lot of fun. Then, to close out the day clocking out of HomeBase then doing the “What I did today” post.

What did I do today

Today, I started the day by clocking in with Homebase. Then we went over the Independent Challenge V3 with Google Sheets. Then I took a break. Then I couldn’t set up the voicemail because the phone was not working. Then I took another break and tried it, but it is still not working. Then I did the “What did I do today?” post. At the end of the day, I clocked out with Homebase.

What I did today?

Today was another online phone day! I really like these exercises. I really appreciate that we worked on the voicemail message together. Sometimes, you get a little brain stuck and don’t remember or know what to say if it’s not written down. I was able to get my voicemail message on the first try. That was very helpful. Next, we worked on a few more scenarios with Sunshine Express online phone calls. Once again, practice makes perfect. But I can get in some more practice because I’m nowhere near perfect. The transferring calls are a little confusing. I thought I hung up on the customer a few times. And last but not least, I wrote my blog. See you all tomorrow!

What I Did Today

Today, my main responsibilities as an administrative associate are my daily task for the day to research and post job listings onto the CTP skill center website, to repost a job fair poster that will be hosted tomorrow, and my main task for the day is to research general emails and contact information for foundations from a provided list. I logged about 13 general emails and/or site links for provided foundations to be contacted at a later date.

What I learned today

We reviewed the Independent Challenge, collectively brainstormed and decided on a recorded CSR greeting (with some autonomy in our personal version of it), and then also practiced CSR transfers. VoiP is different from the other classmates app; reviewing the differences is useful.
