We are seeking a motivated and high-performing Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional (“WOW”) customer service while booking service and maintenance appointments. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, building rapport with customers, and guiding them toward the best service solutions using established scripts and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule appointments (65+ daily)
- Provide professional, friendly, and effective customer service
- Educate customers on services and products
- Accurately update customer accounts and resolve inquiries
- Manage multiple communication channels (phone, text, email, internet)
- Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and excellent phone presence
- Comfortable on the phone for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexible availability, including weekends and some evenings (on-call rotation)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
