We practiced our phone skills — had scripts and called other classmates to get experience. It was fun, but a lot of technical problems. I wish I could have gotten a little more exposure. I also worked on my Skillsoft while I was waiting for the technical problems to be solved. Oh, I got to reread my tech article for Thursday, so now I am prepared.
What I did today…
Typing practice. The rest of the day was spent practicing MicroSip and the customer service scripts for Sunshine Express. Experienced some technical difficulties.
What I did today?
Today, we practiced the Pro Sunshine Express Phone Scripts exercise. The first three scenarios were pretty easy. Scenarios 4 and 5 were a bit complicated. I got the hang of it, but you definitely have to make sure you follow the directions exactly. Practice makes perfect. Lastly, we post WIDT blogs.

What I did today…
Practiced typing for 15. We watched a video on how to give excellent customer service with the car rental company, which I enjoyed and learned from. Then we did the Individual Challenge V3. I’m very proud I was able to finish it. Of course, I have questions for tomorrow.
What I Did Today
Today, my main responsibilities as an administrative associate are my daily task for the day to research and post job listings onto the CTP skill center website, and my main task is to research affordable housing for potential CTP graduates and note down worthwhile locations in the provided tracking log. Spent the majority of time searching for applicable listings and filtering out outdated information, adding 3 additional locations into the housing tracking log, all of which were disability accessible and affordable under the budget.
June 22, 2026
Today, we joined the Pro Customer Service class. We watched a video on exceptional customer service. The video was a little cheesy, but it was informative. The people went beyond just basic service. Then we did an independent challenge with Google Docs. I got caught up on the formula using = COUNTIF. But I got it. I was getting a little exasperated.
What I learned today
We watched a video on customer service and reviewed docs and took and independent challenge.
