Today as a combime class we had a phone assignment where we are a employee for BerkMart. We virtual called a Regional manager to find out information on a new product the store will carry.
I worked on homework till it was my turn to call.
The last part of the class was an introduction to Networking. on the internet and in the home or office
We downloaded the phone app for the course practice.
We also worked on the elective, which is due Thursday.
We started out downloading the voip phones that we are using for customer service practice calling. we joined back into the CTT class and worked on project inception and started phase 3 of the project. From there we went on to a basics of networking presentation and clarified some things i was questioning.

Today I downloaded a phone app so I can work on the phone etiquette skills then I started an elective spreadsheet on museum and galleries in the San Francisco area that is due Thursday. It started rough but its going smoother.
Talked to one of the students in SJS who pretended to be the regional manager. I called them and asked them questions. There was no thing to follow but I think I did a good job and had a customer service tone of voice. Took notes so it made writing the email a lot easier. It was nice seeing CTT and having a class with them today. I started working on my Google Slides presentation. I decided to do my presentation about Sailor Moon which is my favorite anime. I don’t know if PRO will have mock interviews or not tomorrow but I will dress professionally just in case and be prepared.

Jose helped set up our Microsip phone line. For the rest of the class, we worked on our elective project with Marc and Mike.
Today I practiced and called a number and put to use the calling skills that was shown to me. Then I worked on the lab for Project Inception. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to finish Phase 5 as I’d hope to do, but I will try again in the future.
Today we practiced typing and then I did a project on pretending I’m a BerkMart employee, calling and finding out about the new product that is going to be sold, how much would be the wholesale price for the shipment of the new product, what the price will be sold in stores, and the delivery arrival. Then I wrote an email account of the new product. At the end, I did more of my core training portfolio.
well, another day down another good day. Did a lot of stuff in class today that’s going to prepare me for an interview. I have tomorrow. No matter what happens. I just feel so much better having taken this course CTP program. I am much better off having done it………Grateful.
