I also learned about Chatbox and how to use it. We practiced interview questions with partners. I’m learning how to give better responses.
What I Did Today
Today, I participated in employment services session where we reviewed job postings, discussed effective job search strategies, and refined our resumes to align them with roles. We also practiced mock interview questions in breakout rooms, giving and receiving constructive feedback. The session helped me become more comfortable articulating my experience and responding clearly under pressure. Interviewing is a skill, and like any technical skill, it improves with structured practice. Continuing to strengthen both my technical and professional readiness.

What I Did Today
Today was a really good and productive day. I spent time working on job postings for CTP and was able to find some great opportunities to share on the website. I focused on researching positions that will truly help participants find jobs in their local area, which makes the work feel even more meaningful.
I also continued my email outreach and was able to send emails to most of the companies on my list. There are still a few left that need a bit more research to find the correct contact information, but I’ll keep working on those.
Overall, it felt great to get so much accomplished today. Sending out all of those emails and making progress on my list is a big step forward, and I’m looking forward to continuing the momentum with my internship at CTP!
What I did Today
I am not going to lie, today was a very stressful day with having to start the mock interview presentation again. Right after I posted job listings, I started on it in my first hour that way I had more time to work on it. I use the font suggestions and slide outline from Chatgpt. I make sure to use the same fonts for the titles and the body of the slides. Instead chunky paragraphs, I made the main points as a bulleted list that way it is easier and quicker to read. I found a better template that looks more professional but still has a fun feel to it. I sent the update version to Carrie so she can look over it and give me any feedback. I will make any changes that I have to on Monday and hopeful finish this project. I cannot wait for the weekend to relax and refocus my thoughts so I am can come back on Monday and be ready to work hard. This internship is teaching me a lot about the real world and real life work experiences.
