Today in class, we worked on our BerkMart flyers, and a little bit into class, we had our what I think are monthly check-ins with Carrey and Devin. I was able to start my flyer before the check-in in and then I went to do the check-in it which went well in my opinion. After that, I finished up my BerkMart flyer. Once I was done with my BerkMart flyer and my check-in, I worked on my “what I did today” to finish off class.

After typing practice, I worked on the BerkMart flyer assignment and some Percipio courses. I also had my Core monthly check-in.

Today we did are 15 minute typing practice. We went over the “POS Training /Square Online Store Script” assignment with Mike. During this practice assignment, we role played with another classmate using the PRO Square online store to practice customer service skills. I emailed my Thursday accountability calendar reminder to pro and I worked on the cash-out game.

Today, I began working on the Coding and Web Servers Lab. I began with installing a new debian virtual machine. After the machine was installed, I began starting up my webpage. I really enjoy this lab, as it dives into coding and web design. Looking forward to creating a new webpage.

Today, I worked on my typing skills. Then I worked on role-playing with my co-workers by ordering items from our store. Then I worked on Percipio for the rest of the shift.

I did a point of sales training today. I did a New BerkMart item and promotion assignment today.

Today, we role-played for the Online Store Practice at Berkmart Store, we also played the online Cash-Out Game.

Today in class, we did customer service roleplay where we switched off with another person, where we were the customer, and where we were the cashier. I was partnered up with Nicole, and we switched off I was once the customer shopping, and the other time I was the cashier ringing her items up. After that, we had time to work on cashout, which is a game where you practice handling money at the cash register. To end off class, we had free time to work on any of our assignments. During that time, I worked on my “what I did today” and I worked on my accountability assignment for this week.

After typing practice and turning in my Percipio for this week, we roleplayed some customer service and sales interactions for BerkMart, and practiced the cash-out game. We also reviewed this week’s accountability assignment. I started a new Percipio course as well.

We took a course on Sexual Harassment after we answer intervieew questions with Carrie.
