What I Did Today

Today I worked on the Drive Imaging lab, and while I was a little behind I think I made good progress. It was a challenge to learn, but I’m thankful I had very helpful colleges to help me along the way. I also did a monthly check in to see where I needed work and where I was doing well. It was good to be back in the groove, as well as be able to self reflect.

What I Did Today

Today, we started by presenting our tech articles. Mine was about an AI actress named Tilly Norwood that has sent alarms throughout Hollywood as some talent agents have expressed interest in signing up an AI performer, as in someone who’s not even real, to take part in movies.

Next, I continued the disk imaging lab. For the next two hours, that was what I did and I was able to image a non-sysprepped disk image and one that was sysprepped, though I couldn’t finish configuring the latter due to lack of time.

Finally, I did my Core check-in for the final month of the Core training before SJS begins next month.

Today we continued with our activities for the week, as we spent a bit of class time setting up our credentials to the Power of Wellness WordPress site, I logged in and completed our WordPress bio. We also did our monthly check-in with staff on our progress through the program, as well as recording our audio voiceover for our core training portfolio slideshow for all the third month participants.

What I Did Today!

I logged on with Homebase. I worked at typing on Monkeytype. I got 29 words a minute which is o.k. by me but I’ll be happy when I can get 30+. I had the first meeting with Carrie. She showed me my stats, thanked me, and sent me back. When I got over to the main class, I didn’t even know there was something going on. But Mike helped me do it right and I got it all done.

What I did today

After touch typing, I created my employee bio for Power of Wellness on their WordPress site, watched and finished two Percipio courses, completed my third-week check in and did a little more typing and Google Sheets practice.
