WHAT I DID TODAY
Today’s main lab focus today. Was to reach Delta Dental to gert ready for a mock interview with them next week.. We had question thta we had to find the answer to using different web sites
Next project was to continue to update my Resume.
The last part of today class was answering interview question as a group.

today was employment services. i worked on my linkedin profile and we answered mock interview questions…

– Some interesting job posts today
– Potentially found an error in the masterlist we reference for one of our spreadsheets. Very exciting.

– Processing permits at the counter.
– Various administrative duties, assisting the building official or others.
– May include collecting funds, balancing accounts, filing, etc.
The successful candidate should possess:
– Basic Data Entry skills
– Excellent interpersonal skills
– Ability to understand and work well with the public
– Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
– Typing speed of 45 WPM
– Capable of learning and utilizing multiple types of software (MS Suite, Adobe, etc.)

What I did today!
Today, we began the class with a typing practice session. For the remainder of the class, we worked on the Girl Scout Cookies Google Sheets Exercise.

What i Did Today
The first part of the class we had a former student Daniel talk about his school and his career with Oracle. His journey was enlighten to what we might incounter.
Second part of class we had a refresher on Google Sheets. I remember how it works but still need more practice.
The Third part of class was taking two tests on Skillsoft to see where our knowledge is currently.
I present a very short Tech presentation on manufacturing Silicon chips in space.
