What did I do today

Started the day by clocking in with Homebase. Then I continued working on Part 1 and Part 2 of the lab and wrote the ticket for each step on what I did. I got a glimpse of what to expect tomorrow for the Mock Interview with Mechanic Bank. Before the class ends, I did a “What did I do today?” post, and after the class ends, I will clock out of Homebase.

What I learned today

I continued to learn the art of customer service through the POW Customer Scenarios 1. It was helpful to hear classmates practice the scenarios, signing up customers for POW services by sharing information, registering members, and signing customers up for memberships if they don’t have one. It also underscored the value of listening to each customer’s needs and following through with exact company practices with uniform appointment confirmations.

We continued to use the Google Sheets provided for scheduling and registering customers for services and memberships, and with templates to send them appointment confirmations for specific services based on these POW! Customer Google Documents: POW Customer Brochure

July 21, 2026

We continued our Disk Imaging lab. Had the whole class to work. I finished the required lab and started the advanced lab. Barely got started because there was a lot to research and download. Got the links to the Clonezilla, AOMEI, and Macrium Reflect manuals, for both the PDF and a YouTube video. It was interesting to examine the differences and similarities between the manuals. Looking forward to the mock interviews tomorrow.

What I did today?

Today was another day of practicing to schedule memebers for massages. It is a process to do sign-ups and follow through by sending the confirmation appointments to the members. I was a customer today. Yesterday, I was the employee. This is a fun assignment. Also, Marc marked all of us down to send reminders to the clients for their massages as our accountability homework assignments. I was able to send out a reminder to the client for their appointment, scheduled for tomorrow. Lastly, we wrote our blogs on “What we did today?”

What Today Held 07.21.2026

PAM! Today was reassuring. I felt awful being late to class today only giving notice yesterday. I am happy that my appointment boosted me forward to having positive feelings going into class. I came in as soon as classmates were already practicing customer reminders and confirmations- helpful for understanding structures and how classmates handle things for inspiration. My classmates (and of course instructors) and courteous and always looking out for each other! Their voices and written words never feel negative or judgmental. . . just genuinely helpful and enthusiastic for all of our growth! Another evening of encouraging learning!

What Today Held 07.20.2026

Greetings fellow classmates, I hope your Monday has started your week with ease; if not, it will definitely come. Class today was awesome. I enjoyed the time we spent working on scheduling appointments for customers and adding to the membership of POW! It reminds me of how particular I can be in processes flowing for positive and effective workmanship. I also appreciate Marc’s ability to kindly remind me of proper assignments and projects to submit (accidentally sent a Benchmark result instead of a Course result). Anyways, good evening and night to everyone. See you tomorrow!

What did I do today

Started the day by clocking in with Homebase. I created a new ticket for this week’s lab, which is Drive Imaging, and also did the pre-lab. Also, we had a presentation on Imaging vs. Backup. Then I started on this week’s lab, which is Drive Imaging using Acronis True Image and installing it using Windows 10. At the end of the day, before the class ends, I did my “What did I do today” post and clocked out of Homebase after the class have ended.
